How do I make calls?

How can I sign up?
Simply click the "Sign Up" icon to register your phone number and complete account information. Takes less than a minute! Get a free $2 promotional load during this limited time offer!
How do I login?
Click the "Login" icon and enter the 10-digit phone number you registered when you signed up. Enter the passcode that was texted or emailed to you when you signed up.
What if I forgot my passcode?
On the login page, click the "Retrieve Passcode" button. Enter your 10-digit phone number and your passcode will be texted to you.
How can I update my account information?
Login to your account and click on the "My Profile" tab.
Can I change the Language Prompts?
Yes! After logging in to your account, click on the "Account Home" tab. Click on the "Current Language" drop down list and select the language prompts you would like to hear.
How do I add other registered phone numbers?
After logging in to your account, click on the "Account Home" tab. In the "Registered Numbers" section, click on the "+ Add a Line" icon.
How can I add speed dial numbers?
Login to your account and click on the "Account Home" tab. In the "Speed Dial Numbers" section, click on the "+ Add a Line" icon. Be sure to add 011 before international numbers.
Can I view my call history?
Yes! After signing in to your account, click the "Call History" tab. Update the date ranges to view and print the call history you"re seeking.
Can I view my billing history?
Yes! After signing in to your account, click the "Billing History" tab. Update the date ranges to view and print the billing history you"re seeking.
How do I add money to my account?
After logging in to your account, click the "+ Add Money" icon near the top of the page. Complete your payment information and if you would like one, you will be texted a confirmation of your load.
What is Auto Reload?
Auto Reload is a convenient way to replenish your account automatically once it falls below a certain threshold so you never run out of minutes. To set up Auto Reload, log in to your account, click the "Auto Reload" icon and complete the information.
What access numbers are available?
You may use the local access number that was texted to you when you signed up. You may also use any of the other local access numbers listed in the "Access Numbers" tab. Note that we highly recommend you use non-toll free local access numbers whenever possible because calls placed through the toll free access number will result in rates that are three cents per minute higher.
How can I find rates for countries that I want to call?
Click on the "Find Rates" tab. Use the "Search Rates" feature to review the rates for your destination.
